How It All Started

I’ll start by telling you how I got into modified cars. . . . . . . . .

When I was younger I seemed to know just as much as the boy’s about cars (the other girl’s didn’t even know the make’s, never-mind the models).

I always look through all the magazines – Fast Ford, etc. I like it when you see something and you just want it there and then.

However I always liked cars that looked a bit different (& were faster) than others. I said to myself – one day I will have a modified car, but it had to be different from everybody else’s!

I have always took an interest in cars & I always watch - even the mechanical side, although I wouldn’t dare to try it myself, but I must admit I do prefer the cosmetic side (I suppose that’s my feminine side coming through).

My boyfriend Darren and his friends have also taught me quite a lot, cause I’m always around when they’re doing stuff to their cars.

I also really like going to Knockhill & other events. We’re hoping to go the Ford Fair on August the 4th at Silverstone racetrack.
